Advantage adhesive is similar to material used in glue guns but is cast in the form of a fabric. Other glues often fill the voids of a sponge but Advantage hot melt adhesive lays on the surface, preserving the integrity of the sponge. The sponge remains flexible, porous, and squeezable. In fact, the adhesive will remain pliable for the life of the product. It will never become brittle.
