Warranties
LAMINATOR MACHINES
HMT Manufacturing guarantees that our laminator machines will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. HMT's liability is limited to repair or replacement of goods found by HMT to be defective. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, in law or in fact, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty or tort (including negligence), will HMT be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of revenue, cost of capital, claims of customers for service interruptions or failure of supply, and costs and expenses incurred in connection with labor, overhead, transportation, installation or removal of goods or substitute facilities or supply sources.
ADHESIVES
HMT Manufacturing guarantees that our adhesive products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, assuming that the client stores the adhesive product according to HMT's recommended storage guidelines. HMT's liability is limited to replacement of goods found by HMT to be defective. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, in law or in fact, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty or tort (including negligence), will HMT be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of revenue, cost of capital, claims of customers for service interruptions or failure of supply, and costs and expenses incurred in connection with labor, overhead, transportation, installation or removal of goods or substitute facilities or supply sources.
